          - Quality Result Management

QRM svart.png

QRM - Quality Result Management is a web-based result management system that stores and analyzes test results/test data. In addition to measurement data, QRM provides additional information such as traceability of the used station, configuration version, and the Unit Under Test (UUT).

QRM is a flexible system that utilizes web servers, databases, and ATML*. It can be installed on a single computer, servers, or in cloud solutions, and it can be configured in various ways to match your needs and IT infrastructure. We can also add new features based on your requirements.

We understand that creating a powerful result management solution can be challenging. We have extensive experience in developing and installing these systems, and we assist you throughout the process. QRM was developed based on real customer needs, and we continuously update the solution to adapt to changing requirements.

*ATML (Automated Test Markup Language) is an XML standard for result data management.

It is more than just storing important data

QATS provides a stable and well-tested test system.

Test development is faster and of higher quality compared to doing it yourself, thanks to reusable and well-tested modules. Test sequences and limit requirements are easy to modify without special programs.

QRM makes data easily accessible to everyone who needs it, which streamlines the sharing time from colleagues and allows more people to fix test errors in the future. It's easy to give access to only those who need it, so your data is kept protected. The software also makes the data easy to understand and presentable, which reduces both the software training time and the time needed to format the data.

It is about owning your own data so that your systems are not dependent on external parties and making all systems work with your existing IT infrastructure. All managers should have access to tools that can help them predict future failures and improve manufacturing statistics. QRM is a good tool for that.

How does QRM work?

QRM consists of three main components:

1. A database - Test data is stored in SQL Server.

2. A storage system - Using ATML and web servers, data is securely stored and synchronized in the database.

3. A presentation and analysis system - Through a web page, you can view presentations, reports, and statistical analyses of your test data.

Each test station has a QRM client that sends the test results to an HTTP web server in the form of ATML XML reports. From the web server, your result data is securely transferred and stored in the QRM result database.

The service is highly robust, and if the network experiences temporary issues, the system will attempt to transmit your data repeatedly until it succeeds. QRM's architecture allows for multiple site connections, and using the web application, test results can be viewed and analyzed in real-time as they are produced.

System Requirements for QRM

  • Microsoft Windows 10/Server 2008 R2/Server 2012 R2/Server 2016/Server 2019 with .NET 4 runtime installed.

  • Only on the server side: Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2/2012/2014/2016/2017/2019 (all versions, license not included).

  • Web browsers Edge, Safari, and Chrome are all supported.

  • Client QRM ATML drivers available for LabVIEW, TestStand, and .NET.
